AAD 2012: 21 - 23 SEPTEMBER 2012 - AIRFORCE BASE WATERKLOOF
End-users showed a significant interest in the full compliment of Radiate products, ie. HF, VHF and UHF, that were on display for only the second time this year during AAD and indicated that they are awaiting the family of radio's introduction into the SANDF inventory with anticipation.

Reutech Communications exhibited the South African National Defence Force's New Generation Short Range, Medium Range and Long Range Communications radios.


Reutech Communications exhibited at the Homeland Security and Safety Africa exhibition over the period 19 to 21 June held at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg.

 

DEFEXPO 2012: Reutech Communications exhibited at the DEFEXPO defence exposition in India as part of the SA National Pavilion. During this prestigious event Reutech Communications was proud to display the newer, lighter version of its Airborne Radio, the ACR510.

Reutech Communications at Aero India 2011, Bangalore, India February 2011

Reutech Communications showcases its latest Family Software Defined Radios to the Indian Market.

Aero India 2011 was the 8th International Aerospace and Defence exhibition to be organised by the Ministry of Defence of the Government of India in association with CII. This year over 675 companies, both domestic and International showcased their products and 36 official delegations from across the world were among the industry visitors. The Reutech stall was very well attended through various high profile delegations, industry partners, existing customers and old friends.


 

Reutech used the opportunity to introduce their new generation Airborne SDR to their Indian customers. Also on display in the Reutech stall was the full family of multimode, multiband Secure Software Defined Tactical Radios consisting of a Manpack Radio with vehicle adaptor option, Dedicated Vehicle Radio, Airborne Radio and Fixed Installation Radio. All these radios are fully interoperable in advanced Secure, Hopping and Data networks and include the latest in data interfaces such as USB and Bluetooth™ as well as advanced situational awareness features such as internal GPS with automatic position reporting.


The highly competitive and demanding Indian market has embraced Reutech’s Technologically Advanced Solutions with annual production orders for the last 10 years and standing orders beyond 2012. With this strong track record the Indian Defence Force Modernisation programme offers many opportunities and challenges which Reutech Communications is embracing with the usual innovative South African enthusiasm.


The commitment from Reutech Communications to its products is evidenced in the success of the D-Level Repair Facility established at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Avionics Division in Hyderabad. This facility is maintaining the growing fleet of Reutech products in service on various platforms in the Indian Defence Force which and deployed from the freezing heights of the Siachen glacier to the scorching deserts of Rajasthan.

Africa Aerospace & Defence – AAD 2010, Africa’s largest aerospace, defense and security exhibition was held in Cape Town from 21 - 25 September 2010.

It is the largest display of defense-related air, land and sea capabilities on the African continent, attracting the most advanced technologies from around the world, and it serves as a major platform for South Africa’s defense industry and other international visitors to showcase their best technology and innovations.

 

Reutech Communications was proud to present the new family of Software Defined Radios consisting of the Manpack Radio, Fixed Vehicle Radio and its variant option that features “Jerk and Run” adaptor option, Airborne Radio and Fixed Installation Radio. All these radios are fully interoperable in advanced Secure, Hopping and Data networks and include the latest in data interfaces such as USB and Bluetooth™ as well as advanced situational awareness features such as internal GPS with automatic position reporting.

    
Reutech Communications at DSA 2010 April 2010

This exhibition is taking place at the Putra World Trade Centre, in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia from the 19-22nd April 2010. The Malaysian Government and the Ministry of Defence are pleased to host the 12th edition of the Defence Services Asia exhibition and conference. This biennial event has consistently and continuously showcased the latest defence equipment and technology weaponry and groundbreaking advancements in security and safety.

Reutech Communications is exhibiting at the show under the South African pavilion together with the Department of Trade and Investment South Africa. They will be in the biggest DSA Hall where all the large exhibits are being displayed, together with large country group pavilions as well.

   
REUTECH Communications showcase at Defexpo 2010 February 2010

Defexpo 2010 was the 6th Land and Naval Systems exhibition to be organised by the Department of Defence Production in the Ministry of Defence of the Government of India. This year over 650 companies, both domestic and International showcased their products. 41 official delegations, including 14 ministerial delegations from across the world were among the 50 000 industry visitors.

On display in the Reutech stall was the multiband XCR family of Software Defined Radios consisting of a Manpack Radio with vehicle adaptor option, Dedicated Vehicle Radio, Airborne Radio and Fixed Installation Radio. All these radios are fully interoperable in advanced Secure, Hopping and Data networks and include the latest in data interfaces such as USB and Bluetooth as well as advanced situational awareness features such as internal GPS with automatic position reporting.

The exhibition also was opportunity to display the new Battlegroup Communications System (BCS). This hierarchical but flexible system was first developed as the fire control network for the G6 field gun but has applications in any Battle Group organised around a vehicle based team such as MRAP patrols though it’s modular design and highly mobility features.
